I love this Bank and wouldn't Bank anywhere else when most Banks these days are relying on customer's performing almost all of their transactions themselves the TSB has real people to talk to and to help you.
Always gone out of way to help

Best part of this natwest was that I had my 6 week old baby with me and she started crying because she needed food but becsuse im breast feeding and didn't want to feed in public because you get so funny looks from people and theres some wired people out there the guy offered me a room where there was no one... lovely people that work in natwest Darlington
Great bank. Easy to get things sorted. The staff are friendly. Lied to. Told I had to be 16 to set up online & mobile banking. Website and Customer service said 11.

5 star customer service. Was thinking about leaving after a problem which I thought nationwide should of held some responsibility for. After going into my local branch in Huddersfield and having no joy and also calling the customer service line I thought enough is enough. I came to this branch as I was working in the north east. The customer service manager and the branch manager where extremely helpful and very understanding and solved the problem no questions asked. This branch is very good take note Huddersfield these lads know how to look after there customers. Thank you
Good location, nice space with plenty of alternative to counter staff although they are lovely too!

Some people don't like the architecture of this place but I find it functional and suitable for a civic building. It is also very convenient to have the town hall right in the centre of town and easily accessible by foot or by public transport. I have always found the front desk staff to be very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
Strange building. Very tired looking on the out but quite modern inside.

Myself, my wife, my 18 year old son and my 2 year old son have all used Mr Jay for years with no problems whatsoever, I was quite shocked at some of the other reviews as we wouldnt use any other dentist. Maybe he treats people as they treat him..... anyway I have had lots of intricate dental work carried out there all of it five star. The other staff especially the receptionist are very kind and helpful as well.
no complaints at all ,got treated really well by all :)

Friendly caring staff, felt very at ease. Was also very happy with the service & treatment both me & my kids received. Especially as my son is slightly Autistic and not usually good in new surroundings found the Dentist was great & very patient with him. Would defiantly recommend this practice. Kid friendly & staff kind & helpful :)
Excellent dentist would highly recommend them to you, walked away with a confident smile , had a lot of work done and they explained everything clearly . Very friendly and warm staff , Went from hiding my smile to smiling confidently in a month . Thank you so much . 😆

I have nothing but good words to say about Carmel - the doctors are consistently professional, compassionate and efficient. When visitng the doctor I have never felt constrained by time pressures - eachdoctor takes as long as they need with every patient and for that reason I am never upset or riled about waiting times. The receptionists have always been helpful and very efficient too - all in all I could not wish for a better practice
I've been with this surgery my whole life and my mum was even with them before I was born. I've never had any problems and find all the doctors sympathetic and kind. The receptionists themselves have gone out of their way for me when my mental health means I can't attend appointments. I can't fault them at all. Only thing I would suggest is online booking for appointments because it's a bit tricky to get appointments

The standard of care that I received, from assessment, through surgery and then on to aftercare was absolutely first class. Every member of staff, from Consultant to housekeeping was a pleasure to be in contact with. I think it is worthwhile stating that, whilst my employer provides private health insurance, the treatment my wife received at Woodlands as an NHS patient was of an absolutely equal standard, so that would make this a "ten star" review.
In tears as I walked without pain for the first time in 7 years just 4 hours after an operation on my spine. This was thanks to everyone, from my GP to that star of a surgeon, Mr Kalyan and all the other specialists, nursing staff and pretty well everyone else at Woodlands. Just couldn't stop walking about, much to the amusement and with encouragement of the wonderful crew running the hospital! This experience has restored my previously lost faith in the medical profession! Cannot praise too highly every single person who contributed to my treatment and recovery. Now up to me to reward their efforts by making the very best of the new life ahead of me. Thank you one and all!
Hollyhurst Rd, Darlington DL3 6HX, UK – 01325 380100
My daughter had teeth extraction under anaesthetic. I cannot praise the staff from nurses to consultant enough. As a nurse myself attitude and communication are paramount and this was present in abundance. I am not local to the area as are my family however I would choose to go there in the future should I have to. Top class. Thankyou.
Recently had a hernia operation can't praise all members of staff enough. They were all brilliant, professional and sympathetic. Just been back in for an endoscopy test. A Little delay occurred but these things happen. Endoscopy procedure was a simple straightforward process. This was helped by all the chatty and friendly members of staff. All round a great service. Thanks to all

Big building, but I have not often seen it open. Surrounded by tidy gardens, and it is a pokestop!
The King's Centre, Prospect Place, Whessoe Rd, Darlington DL3 0QT, UK – 01325 469884
I regularly go to the cafe at Kings and always find it a friendly and welcoming place. The food (in particular the scones and soup) is delicious and inexpensive. I have a baby and the changing facilities are adequate and there is plenty of room to park a pram/buggy beside the table. There is a baby and toddler group on a Thursday and various other things running throughout the week. Well worth a visit.
A great place to worship God and for fellowship with other Christians. Also has a lovely cafe , recycled furniture scheme and friendship groups to meet everyone's needs. You can get a free meal at Alpha which starts on Tuesday 30th January at 7.30 pm.Come and join us.it will change your life!

On approach to the DCAS you are immediately aware of the amazing ambience and look of the place-sweeping vistas are all around you: Particularily of note are the bird and wildlife sanctuary on the northern perimeter of the site (protected from wind blow by high netting). On the south side are more industrial areas selling a variety of trade and non trade premises. The staff on site are efficient and work in a very professional manner. The layout of the site is excellent and consists a number of large industrial size containers in which you can dispose most items. I was thrilled to visit and can't praise the site enough
The guys are really helpful and polite

Skip arrived on time, with permit, clean. When I had finished with it, rang to arrange collection. They turned up as promised - really good service and not a bad price too. Will certainly recommend to others when they need a skip.

We went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was quite but strangely very loud. The waiters stood around talking a lot during the evening. A lot the the furniture was damaged and in need of repair. The good things I can say are... the food was nice and the staff were friendly. A few improvements and this could be an outstanding restaurant.
Excellent value happy hour menu, starter, chicken main and dessert for less than £12. Food was OK, chicken could have been more tender and the homemade chips were a little soggy. Dessert for me was a big disappointment, only 4 things on the menu and one of those was unavailable on the night. Ordered white chocolate cheesecake which had no taste and wasn't what I would class as cheesecake. Service was good and we had a good night with work colleagues but wouldn't rush back for the food.

Have been trying to find good Paella for a long time and have to say it was awesome. Maybe not what I would have in Valencia but pretty close. The Sangria on the other hand, was equal to or better from what I have had before.
A nice place, there is quite a bit of choice when it comes to tapas scene in Darlington, this place is good but not the best in town.

Amazing food! Great service and the owners are very accommodating. Always going back
Fantastic authentic home cooked Thai food, food is unique, recipe is original and very similar to restaurants that I visited in Thailand. Very friendly proprietor who cook herself and consistently maintain the quality; you will not be disappointed if you are looking for a real Thai taste.
